I would never trust Coventry Crossing with any important order. The flowers were to be delivered within a half a mile of Coventry Crossing. They were not delivered on the day promised and the florist did not attempt to contact either of the two phone numbers provided. I followed up on day 2 and the florist stated that the order was in the delivery vehicle but the driver had to go to Cape May (16 miles away) first. When the flowers didn't show up later in the day, I called again. The delivery vehicle was having problems. The flowers were never delivered, and the florist cancelled the order without informing me. The florist never apologized for the inconvenience. I'm really not sure how they were able to mess up a simple birthday arrangement. What if the flowers were anniversary, sympathy, or wedding arrangements? I don't want to think what would happen if Coventry Crossing was entrusted with those orders.
Use this florist, they are great! I rely on them for all my flowers.
Terrible florist who did an awful job on my wedding flowers. Things were not done as promised, she was late and not answering phone the day of the wedding to see why she was late, flowers were wilted and she was unapologetic and rude. Do not use her for your wedding you will regret it
