We get our summer house in Stone Harbor every year from Diller-Fisher. We are always a short walk from the beach, and down town. The apartment is always perfect, with every amenties included. Also its a very easy straightforward process to find the place we want on their website.
Upsets me that a house on tampa in the Villas is up for sale and it was put on Facebook and I warned people to have someone look under the house because there is issues and it was deleted off the page. REALTORS NEED TO HELP NOT BE SNEAKY!

In August 2017 my family rented through Diller Fisher and we won’t ever again. House we rented was filthy, leaking roof, smelled of mold and unkempt. Upon arrival after 3 hours of driving, there were 2 men in the home spraying bleach as the cleaning ppl never showed up. The house was absolutely gross. Only when pressed did they send out a cleaning person, then needed to send out again because no one could handle the task in one day. 3 days of this. Our entire vacation was ruined as we had to clean the house upon arrival as to the filth ( have video and pictures for proof). Deal with leaking roof, the roof leaked into the kitchen creating a puddle that we put s bucket under that stayed there, dirty porch encrusted with outside dirt, stove encrusted with food, bleach stains on carpets, shaving hairs in sinks, asthma trigger from mold, spiders in every shower and tub, dead bugs, etc. we could not even grill as the grill was disgusting. Our first day we had to go out and purchase cleaning products. The cleaning ppl did not make a dent, every thing was still disgusting after 3 days! We decided to pay a visit to the office mid week as we were surprised no one offered us any type of compensation or even send us something, apologize, anything really, for our time lost dealing with cleaning crews, buying cleaning products, etc. We were told that the owner should compensate and that it needed to be discussed with management before they could give anything back. Sent 3 emails asking what the status is and as of November we just hear passing it onto the owner, it’s not their fault they rented a filthy disgusting home. The agent was Gary Blum in the Stone Harbor office. We will never rent with them again as even though they claim it’s not their fault, they could have done something in a matter of good faith. We’ve been renting in Avalon for over a decade and never have we ever encountered such horrible customer service. They rent disgusting filthy homes. Buyers beware.
After renting through D&F for a number of years our group have always been well satisfied with both their service and the quality of properties they offer. I can't even consider renting through another group.
