The sales team at the at the boat sales part is great, the marina itself is poorly maintained and very shallow. The closest inlet is not possible for boats larger than 35 feet at most to go through causing them to go out of Townsend Inlet between Avalon and Sea Isle the better marina choice would be Commodore Bay Marina In Avalon Nj which can handle boats up to 100 feet.
