This is our third time staying at the Raman in Brigantine and we see a huge difference since this management company has taken over.
The Staff was very friendly and helpful, and they kept the common areas clean- which was a tough task in a building with heavy usage.
I particularly would like to give kudos to Jack Gerbehy, property manager at the Raman Beach Resort. I rent my unit during the summer and this summer I have had very positive feedback regarding the cleanliness of the common areas and the general appearance of the building. Apparently two of our long-time summer renters got to know Jack and found him to be very friendly and helpful. I think his presence in the building on a daily basis is very positive for the Raman.
Both gentlemen who run and keep up the building, Hack and Jerry, are extremely nice and helpful. The lifeguards Adam and Alex are also pleasant and are constantly checking the chemicals in the pool and keeping it clean and warm!
We love our sister company. They take care of the property and we sell and rent it. Thank you- try them out!
Seeing a Jack every morning is like having a friend in the building and while we are very unhappy with some issues in the unit we rented and unhappy with the reality company, our enjoyment in this building is in tact thanks to this management team.
I am an owner of a unit at the Raman Condos in Brigantine. Our building has been greatly enriched by the presence of Jack Gerheby. He has done an amazing job, helping owners with many issues and keeping the building in excellent condition. He is always friendly and helpful. He even watered my plant when we couldn't get down there!!
